This video walks thru how to use & edit the Planning Center Online Playlist in Pro Presenter 6.
There are few things to check when having this issue:
- When in doubt, restart the computer. We leave the presentation computers on through the week so that we can remotely pop-in and load/change content, and sometimes they just need a fresh restart.
- Verify that all the displays (Projectors & TVs) are powered on and on the correct input.
- Verify that none of the video out cables have come loose from the back of the iMac. If they have, make sure they are plugged in tight. Sometimes, even unplugging them and reseating them can help if they aren’t being recognized by the system.
- Once all the displays are powered on and the connections on the back are verified, start (or restart) Pro Presenter 6. Most of the time when the wrong content shows on the wrong display, it usually has to do with Pro Presenter being started up before all the displays were powered on.
- If you’re seeing the MacOS backgrounds but not able to get the Pro Presenter content to show up, Try cycling the outputs on and off. This can be done by going to the upper right hand corner of Pro Presenter, and there is a little icon that looks like a computer monitor and says Output. You can press that to cycle it on and off. This can also be accomplished by hitting Command+1 for Main output, and Command+2 for the Stage Display output.
- If youre getting the screens to pull up, but they are appearing on the wrong screens after you’ve restarted Pro Presenter, you can go to the preferences (Command+,) or Click Pro Presenter 6 > Preferences. When the preferences pane pops up, go to the Display Tab. There you can drag the Stage Display and Output screens You from one of the displays to another.
If you tried all of these steps and this issue is NOT an emergency, (eg. happening right before or during service), please submit a Technical Support Request.
If this is an emergency (happening during or right before service), contact Technical Arts Director, Chad Frey at 812.480.6205.
